RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
We
will be more than happy to handle any return issues you may have.
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please
contact us immediately.
NOTE: Pharmaceuticals, Equipment and Special Orders cannot be returned unless Priority Health Supplies is responsible for the return reason, so please make sure to double check prior to ordering. Special order items including built to order items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
RETURN POLICY:
- Priority Health Supplies reserves the right to
ONLY accept returns with an RA #. Items returned without contacting us first will NOT be refunded.
- Custom made items are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
- Returns
must be requested within
15 business
days of delivery date to receive a full credit.
- We will happily accept products 16-30
business
days after you receive them, but a
25% restocking fee will
be applied.
- All return requests expire 15 days after initial request, therefore once approved, the product must be returned to us immediately.
- Items
returned must be in unopened and resalable, lacking any wear and tear or
damage.
- Boxes
must look identical to the way they were received, no extra markings on
them.
- Defective or damaged items must be reported within
3 business days of
receipt. We will happily pay the return shipping and re-ship your order.
- Refunds
are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. Customer has 5 days from delivery date to submit claims for damage or non-receipt of goods.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:

o Wait
for a response to the email with an attached Return Authorization # and make sure to include this in the returned box.
--Step #2:
- When we reply to your email with return instructions, we will give you our return address. Ship the item back to us at the specified address.
- Return
shipping is at the expense of the customer, unless the reason for return
is due to an error by Priority Health Supplies, which we will then also email you a
pre-paid shipping label along with your RA #.
- Returns
must be received within
7-10 business days from RA # issue date.
- Items
returned must be received in tact, in
resalable condition.

- Generally,
credits are issued within 1 week after we receive your package
